Supervisory Visits
Professional. Reliable. Qualified Practitioners.
All cases will be supervised by a Registered Nurse. The nurse will make, at a minimum, one supervisory home visit per month on the LPN, and supervisory visits every 14 days on the CHHA. The number of supervisory visits will be based on the amount of services being provided, complexity of the case, and the level of care.
